“I have been going to Dani’s yoga classes twice a week since May 2023. I have also had a couple of 121 sessions with her.

I have seen a noticeable difference in my posture and flexibility since.

What I like the most about Dani’s classes is that each class has a different focus which can also be applied to our daily lives. For example breathing and balancing techniques to relieve stress and anxiety, or neck and shoulders movements for poor posture, or hip opening exercises to help increase flexibility etc.

She is very good at explaining each move during the classes and is very knowledgeable. She has a warm & friendly personality which follows through in her caring way of teaching. I always leave the class feeling relaxed, energised and positive ready for the day ahead. I highly recommend you to try one of her classes”

“I attended Dani's vinyasa flow class this morning. She was extremely welcoming and patient as we all settled onto our mats. The class started off with intention setting, which I always find to be so inspiring as it gives you something to focus on for the class and the rest of the day. Dani's style is warm and inviting. She gives instructions clearly and at the same allows you to go at your own pace. The pranayama at the start was a great way to get grounded and get into your body. Dani's class built up in intensity, but she always had suggested modifications for people who want to try more or who need support. With Dani's encouragement and guidance I was able to do my 1st crows pose! To say I felt proud was an understatment. Thank you Dani, I'm booked in for your next class”
